April 16, 1767. November 25, 1767.
Provides for wife Elizabeth. To 2 sons Joseph and Abraham 1/2 of
remainder of estate at 21. Remainder to 3 daughters Phebe, Lydia and
Elizabeth at 18. Provides for a child with which wife is now pregnant.
Executors: Brothers-in-law Geo. Martin and Joseph Hayes. Letters to
Hayes, the other renouncing.
Wit: James Dilworth, Charles Dilworth, Jos. Pierce.

"Upon petition of Elizabeth Passmore the Court appoints Robert Mendenhall and Joseph Peirce to be Guardians over the persons and Estates of Phebe, Joseph, Abraham and Enoch Passmore infants under the age of fourteen years the children of Joseph Passmore late of Bradford deceased."

 

After Joseph's death, Elizabeth married James Chalfant October 25, 1770 at Bradford Monthly Meeting, Chester County, PA.
